Premium payments
Premium payment
For the payment of premiums for Hienfeld insurances, our IBAN can be used:
NL66 ABNA 0411 3496 00 in the name of W.A. Hienfeld B.V. stating your customer number.
Are you having trouble paying the premium?
In that case, please contact us. We are happy to look for a solution together. If you leave the premium unpaid, this will have adverse effects on the coverage of your insurance.
What can I expect in terms of reminders if my premium is not paid on time?
- A first reminder 30 days after the booking date with the request to transfer the amount within 14 days after the date of this reminder.
- A second reminder 15 days after sending the 1and reminder with the request to transfer the amount within 15 days from the date of this reminder
What risks do I face as a customer if my premium is not paid on time?
If you do not pay your premium within the above-mentioned period of a second reminder, we may suspend the coverage of the relevant insurance(s) and/or terminate the insurance(s). This will then be communicated to you in writing.
Suspension
If we do not receive the aforementioned amount or do not receive it on time, we may proceed to suspend the coverage under the insurance(s) listed in the overview. If we suspend, we will inform you in writing. The suspension is retroactive to the first day of the period for which you owed the premium. This means that from that day onwards, there is no coverage for all events that occur or have occurred after the premium due date. We will restore the suspended coverage the day after the total amount due (premium, collection costs, and interest) is received by us. If you pay us in installments, we will reinstate the coverage effective from the day after you have paid all the outstanding installments. If you remain in default, we may terminate a suspended coverage.
Termination
If we do not receive the above amount or do not receive it in time, we may also proceed to terminate the insurance(s).
We will inform you of that in writing. We suspend your insurance for the period starting from the first day for which you owe a premium and terminate the insurance on the date of sending the termination letter. A terminated insurance cannot be reinstated, not even by payment of the amount due (premium, collection costs, and interest).
Note: You are still obligated to pay the total amount due (premium, collection costs, and interest) despite termination of the insurance or suspension of coverage.
