The Hienfeld Website consists of various Web pages that are operated by Hienfeld. The Hienfeld Website is offered to you on the condition that you accept all the terms, conditions, and notices stated herein. Your use of the Hienfeld Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Hienfeld reserves the right to, at its own discretion, disclose information at any time if necessary to comply with applicable law, a legal provision, legal process, or government request, or to redact, refuse to post, or remove information or materials, in whole or in part.

TERMINATION/RESTRICTION OF ACCESS
Hienfeld reserves the right to terminate your access to the Hienfeld Website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time and at their sole discretion without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. You hereby irrevocably agree that all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Hienfeld Website fall under the exclusive jurisdiction and location of the courts of the Netherlands.
